Sometimes It's Hard to Let Go

Sometimes It's Hard to Let Go

We absolutely love what we do! No, seriously...we love creating cool furniture and seeing people light up with they find just the right piece for their space. The tough part about this job is letting go. I love what we create so much that I want to keep it all!!

Never has that been more true than this weekend when we delivered our 'Sarah' (salvaged wood & unpainted steel entrance hall bench) to the lovely couple who commissioned the piece. To me, and I hope to our clients as well, this bench is the absolute perfect mix of urban-country chic meets practicality. A place to rest while putting on your shoes, and a place to put those shoes when you get home. Unpainted steel gives a modern look and the salvaged wood adds a touch of warmth and character.

I have got to tell you, the only thing that stopped me from keeping this bench was my obvious lack of a place to put it. I think it's time to buy me a warehouse!
