Wow... What a Weekend!

Wow... What a Weekend!

Over the years Michael and I have spent many hours enjoying the outstanding work of artists in the Uxbridge area.

There is a mysterious concentration of creativity in this neighbourhood and we have never been disappointed in the art that we’ve encountered (and purchased).

So it was an unexpected joy and honour to be invited to take part in this year’s studio tour…and what an experience it was!

The preparation was manic, with lots of heavy lifting, shoving, moving and lighting to be done but the result was worth every drop of sweat.

The combined works of Marni Grossman, Barbara Frensel,  Audrey Jolly, Amber Higgins, and Wilkins Design brought the studio to life…it was breathtaking…but the people who dropped by are what really made the weekend special.

We would like to thank each and every one of the hundreds of people who visited the Blue Heron Studio as part of their 2013 studio tour experience.

It was a pleasure to be able to chat with so many of you, and of course it was especially heartwarming to hear how much you love our work.

Thank you for making our first studio tour such a fabulous experience!

Happy Customers Speak Up!

  • I was given refurbished architectural drawers by Wilkins Design for my birthday, and I couldn't be happier with its quality, workmanship and functionality. I have been fan for a while, so was thrilled to have this beautiful piece in my art studio.
